We want all our Toronto neighbors to have healthy teeth that last a lifetime, and the most crucial ingredient to that end is a good understanding of the basics in oral hygiene. Twice annual visits to the dentist combined with a dedicated at-home hygiene routine of brushing gently for two minutes, twice a day and flossing once a day, are all necessary for teeth that last for years and years.
